“Easy Breezy” Grilling Cheese – over lemony couscous, grape tomatoes and kale.
Yeah, those are two slabs of cheese, coated in dried oregano, basil seasoning and pan seared. It would be just as good with firm tofu as a vegan alternative, or grilled chicken, either prepared the same as the cheese. Regardless, this was extremely quick to prep and cook. Flavor profile was bland so I strongly recommend a light drizzle of balsamic reduction and red pepper flakes.
As pictured, Hello Fresh lists this as 35 minutes prep+cook time, and 770 calories per serving. (We only ate one slab of cheese each).
